BelCandor (CZ) → Medusa / 2015

About project

The playful and thematically eased Mesuda installation is transformed the Petřín Lookout Tower into a giant aquatic creature, whose bright tentacles wave and suck at their surroundings. This is all made possible by 12 reflectors kindly lent by ROBE, a company involved in manufacturing quality moving light equipment.
The soaring installation in the centre of Prague was clearly visible from various parts of the city. However, the jellyfish’s rays curiously also shined on some of the other festival locations and from afar also showed visitors how to get to them.
