The company Signal Productions s.r.o., with the Company-ID 24717525, with its registered office at Praha 2, Varšavská 516/19, post code 120 00, incorporated by the entry in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, Insert 168463 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in relation to its business activities particularly dwelling in organizing the international SIGNAL Festival shall process the personal data in particular of the following categories of the data subjects:
  • Employees, former employees, job seekers, members of the elected bodies, volunteers working for the Company
  • Subscribers of the newsletter sent by the Company
  • Participants of the contests as part of the SIGNAL Festival
  • Artists cooperating with the Company
  • Business partners of the Company or potential business partners of the Company and their representatives, employees or the contact persons assigned by them
The personal data shall be processed by the Company as an administrator. The Company shall not hand over any personal data that it processed as the administrator to any third country (i.e. the country outside the European Union) or to any international organisation with the exception of the USA whereas the Company shall cooperate only with the companies that have the valid certification (EU-USA Privacy Shield). When processing the personal data by the Company, there is no decision-making that would be based exclusively on automated processing including profiling. Nevertheless, the sub-processes may be automated. The data subjects have the right in relation to the Company to access their personal data and the right for their correction or amendment. Depending on the particular type of processing, the data subject may claim a right for deletion in relation to the Company (the right to be forgotten), the right for restriction of processing or the right to object. The data subjects may apply these rights electronically via e-mail to the e-mail address or in the written form via a letter delivered to the registered office of the Company.
