About project
The Earth is made up of seventy per cent water – just like the human body. This parallel forms the starting point for a performative journey exploring water as the source of life,
a vessel of memory, and a force that shapes both the world around us and our inner emotional landscapes.
Created specifically for the Old Wastewater Treatment Plant in Bubeneč, the performance draws on the site’s unique character. Here, the process of water purification becomes
a metaphor for inner transformation: what we carry within us, what we are able to let go of, and how renewal becomes possible.
Director Radim Vizváry brings together non-verbal theatre, video mapping, acrobatics and live singing in a richly layered site-specific performance that is inspired by a poem of Czech author František Vinant. In keeping with the festival theme, Dream On!, the work flows through memories and emotions like a dream itself – resisting fixed meanings and leaving behind images that continue to surface, evolve and resonate long after the performance has ended.
