1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations between Signal Productions s.r.o., with its registered office at Varšavská 516/19, 120 00 Prague 2, Company ID No.: 24717525, VAT ID: CZ24717525, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 168463 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and natural or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who purchase or receive a ticket to the Signal Afterparties by glo™ event held as part of the Signal Festival 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”).
1.2 By purchasing or receiving a ticket, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
1.3 Ticket sales are provided via a digital platform by Eventlook s.r.o., ID No.: 19156481, VAT No.: CZ19156481, with its registered office at Belgická 280/1, 120 00 Prague 2 (hereinafter referred to as “Eventlook”), which provides a technical solution for the purchase and registration of tickets (hereinafter referred to as the “Ticketing Platform”). Eventlook does not act as a ticket seller or Event organizer.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to Events organized by the Organizer under the name Signal Afterparties by glo™ and do not apply to other parts of the Signal Festival or other third-party events.
1.5 All communication regarding tickets takes place via the email address ticketing@signalfestival.com / noreplay@eventlook.cz.
2. Ticket types and their validity
2.1 A ticket is considered to be a unique QR code delivered to the Customer after completing the purchase or allocation of the ticket. This QR code is the only valid document entitling the holder to enter a specific Event.
2.2 Ticket offer:
- Classic admission: entitles the holder to admission to one selected evening of the Event (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) according to the specified date and time.
2.3 Ticket prices:
- Friday, October 17, 2025 – Gruppo Salsiccia – CZK 290
- Saturday, October 18, 2025 – Nik Tendo & NobodyListen – CZK 290
- Sunday, October 19, 2025 – Gus Gus – CZK 490
2.4 Each ticket is valid only for the date on which it was purchased/issued and expires at the end of the Event.
2.5 Admission to the Event is restricted to persons over the age of 18. The organizer is entitled to request proof of identity upon entry. If the Customer does not meet the age requirement, they will not be allowed to enter and the admission fee will not be refunded.
3. Ticket delivery
3.1 After successfully completing the order, the Customer will receive an electronic ticket with a unique QR code to the email address provided during the purchase.
3.2 Electronic tickets can be stored in the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet apps.
3.3 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase and for having the ticket available upon entry to the Event.
4. Ticket purchase options
4.1 Tickets can be purchased:
- online via the official Signal Festival website and the Eventlook ticketing platform,
- at the Event venue (Radiopalác box office) if capacity has not been sold out.
4.2 Accepted payment methods:
- online: credit card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, bank transfer, Pluxee vouchers (depending on the current system options), payment in three installments (via an external provider),
- on site: cash or credit card (depending on the box office options).
4.3 To make a purchase, the Customer must confirm that they are over 18 years of age.
5. Rights and obligations of the Customer
5.1 The Customer is obliged to follow the Organizer’s instructions, safety and hygiene measures, and the visitor rules for the venue.
5.2 The Customer may not bring in prohibited items, substances, or substances subject to special regulations.
5.3 The Customer acknowledges that photographic and audiovisual documentation may be taken at the Event for the purposes of presentation by the Organizer and its partners.
6. Rights and obligations of the Organizer
6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to:
- change the program, venue, or start/end time of the Event for organizational or safety reasons,
- restrict or terminate ticket sales when capacity is reached,
- refuse entry or expel the Customer without compensation if they do not meet the age requirement, are under the influence of alcohol or other substances, v
- iolate the rules of the Event, or disrupt its course.
7. Processing of personal data
7.1 The Organizer is the controller of personal data, Eventlook is the processor.
7.2 Processing takes place to the extent necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Details are provided in a separate document, the Personal Data Processing Policy, available on the Organizer’s website.
8. Complaints and ticket refunds
8.1 Admission fees will only be refunded in the event of cancellation of the Event or a substantial change to it.
8.2 If the Event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid, or a refund may be requested within the period announced by the Organizer.
8.3 Requests for refunds or complaints must be submitted by email to ticketing@signalfestival.com.
9. Final provisions
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
9.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions; the current version will always be available on the Signal Festival website.
9.3 These Terms and Conditions shall take effect on August 19, 2025.
