Daniel Pošta is a multidisciplinary designer who combines craftsmanship with conceptual thinking. After studying architecture and design at UMPRUM in Prague, in Jiří Pelcl’s studio, he co-founded Zorya, a brand whose jewelry and objects at the intersection of tradition and experimentation have earned numerous awards. After closing the Zorya studio, he has focused on projects that intersect with architecture and public space; in his work, he develops the idea of the “jewel” at various scales and in different contexts. His work is characterized by an analytical approach, sensitivity to materials, and bridging craftsmanship with contemporary technologies. His objects have been exhibited in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, and are represented in both public and private collections.
