Playmodes (ES) → Horizon

19:00 - 24:00
  • Karlín/Holešovice
  • Immersive installation

About project

The horizon is an imaginary line that separates heaven and earth when observed from a distance. Beyond this spatial definition, the horizon can be understood as a set of possibilities or perspectives that offer something. Horizon is an immersive installation that plays with our limits of perception of space. It opens up a magical world that expands the seemingly self-evident reality. Light, sound, space, and perspective meet in a single imaginary vanishing point, offering a journey beyond the limits of physical reality.

One of the largest installations of this year’s edition will flood Hall 13 of the Holešovice Market, reaching 25 meters in length and over 12 meters in width. More than fifty light reflectors of various types and thirty speakers are used for the installation, creating a literally immersive experience.
