  • What types of tickets do you offer?

This year, we offer three main categories of tickets to Signal INSIDE:

    1. One-day ticket
Valid for any one day of the festival and entitles you to enter all 7 paid Signal INSIDE locations. Each location can be visited once – admission is linked to your unique QR code, which is locked for further use after being scanned at each installation.
    2. 4-day ticket
Free admission to all 7 paid locations throughout the festival. Suitable for those who want to spread the experience over several days and perhaps even return to a favorite location. Includes an audio guide on your phone.

The ticket is non-transferable and linked to the name entered at the time of purchase – Signal Festival staff may request photo ID verification during checks.

    VIP ticket
Not only does it grant access to all paid locations throughout the festival and the Signal Audioguide, but also other VIP benefits: admission from 6 p.m., priority access to all locations, a welcome drink, free admission to Signal Space, and a ticket for the first 300 guests to the Signal Afterparty presented by gloTM.

The ticket is non-transferable and linked to the name entered at the time of purchase - Signal Festival staff may request photo ID verification during checks.

  • Why do I need a ticket to Signal INSIDE?

Signal INSIDE offers a slightly different experience from the freely accessible part of the festival. It takes place in indoor locations with limited capacity and emphasizes an individual and authentic experience of the artworks. We charge for Signal INSIDE in order to regulate attendance, and thanks to the revenue from ticket sales, we can afford to make the majority of the Signal Festival accessible to everyone for free.

  • Who gets free admission and who gets a discount?

Children under 6 and people with disabilities have free admission. For groups and families, we offer a 4+1 free ticket promotion.

  • Are tickets transferable? Can the name be changed?

4-day and VIP tickets are non-transferable and tied to a specific name; ID will be required at the entrance. Name changes for non-transferable tickets can be made until October 13, 2025, by emailing info@eventlook.cz.

  • Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation on our part; we proceed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. A link to the current Terms and Conditions can be found in the footer of the website and on the purchase page.

  • How do VIP benefits work?

We will send you all the benefits and information about them by email before the festival. Please keep an eye on our communications.

  • How does the VIP Afterparty benefit work?

In September/October, we will send the first 300 VIP ticket holders a unique code for 1 free ticket to the Signal Festival Afterparty presented by glo™. Only 100 tickets are allocated for VIPs for each evening, so we recommend that you don't delay in choosing a specific date.

    • Deadline: codes must be redeemed by October 13, 2025, at the latest. After that, all unused capacity will be forfeited.
    • Holders of VIP tickets purchased after October 13, 2025, are not eligible for this benefit (unless capacity is exhausted earlier).
    • The Afterparty is a separate event and this benefit does not apply to one-day or four-day tickets.
  • How do I prove my identity at the entrance?

A QR code on your phone is sufficient at the entrance; we recommend adding it to Apple/Google Wallet (it also works offline). You will also find a PDF ticket in your email, which you can print out if necessary.

Please note: make sure your phone is charged → you cannot check in without displaying the QR code.

  • We are going as a group – is one QR code enough for everyone?

No, it is not enough. Each person has their own QR code, which you received in an email after placing your order. Therefore, the check will require scanning all QR codes according to the number of visitors. We recommend dividing your QR codes for individual check-in to speed up the process.

  • I did not receive an email with my ticket – what should I do?

First, check your Spam and Bulk folders. Try searching for the email: tickets@signalfestival.com. If you cannot find the email, please write to info@eventlook.cz and include your first name, last name, and the email address used for the purchase.

  • How does it work at paid locations?

Each location is specific and has its own restrictions.

Upon entry, follow the navigation, which will gradually lead you to the entrance corridors, where your ticket will be scanned and a security check will be performed. Please have your QR code ready for quick check-in. At the same time, entry with prohibited items is prohibited - see safety notice

If you have a problem with your ticket during the check, you will be referred to the location coordinator, who will help you resolve the issue.

  • How not to get lost at Signal Festival?

Just follow our festival map, where you will find all the installations and accompanying information. There are two main routes:

Center – takes you through the Old and New Towns, where you will see video mapping on the Old Town Hall, a unique projection on the water surface, and a number of interesting interior locations.

Vinohrady – takes you through the residential district of Vinohrady, including monumental video mapping on the Basilica of St. Ludmila, unique performances, and object installations in popular parks.

  • How to get to the festival?

The best way to get here is by public transport. Starting points include the Náměstí Republiky, Staroměstská (for the Centrum route) or Náměstí Míru and Jiřího z Poděbrad (for the Vinohrady route) metro stations.

  • How to get around the festival?

The best way to enjoy the festival is on foot. A walk through Prague in the evening is part of the experience. For safety reasons, we ask visitors not to ride bicycles, e-bikes, scooters, or other similar vehicles in the vicinity of the locations. There is an increased number of pedestrians on the streets.

Together with our partner, the ČEZ Group, we are introducing the Pomáhej pohybem (Help by Moving) app this year. So, whether you run or walk from one installation to another, your activity and energy with the EPP app will generate points for a unique project that the ČEZ Group will financially support through the ČEZ Foundation.

  • When is the best time to arrive at the festival?

If you want to experience the lively festival atmosphere, come at 7:00 p.m. If you prefer a quieter walk, come after 9 p.m. We ask visitors to be patient when waiting at some Signal INSIDE locations. Due to limited capacity and the intention to maintain a premium experience, queues may occur.

  • What types of installations are at the festival?

Signal Festival has long maintained its multimedia character. This year, you can look forward to two video mappings, immersive projections, performances, interactive object installations, and much more. Some installations run at intervals with breaks, while others run continuously. You will find a detailed description of each installation. For more information, see the Program & Map section at signalfestival.com.

  • Can I visit the public part and Signal INSIDE during one visit?

Yes, Signal INSIDE locations are part of the festival routes and can be easily combined with a visit to the freely accessible installations. With one ticket, you can see the entire Signal Festival program.

  • Where can I find the map this year?

Just download our Signal Festival app or visit the festival website at signalfestival.com. You can conveniently view the map on your mobile phone, including the entire program and necessary information about the festival. You can also find the festival map on light panels at each installation and on navigation totems.

  • Will a printed map also be available?

Together with our partner Deník N, we are preparing a special edition with a reliable festival guide during the festival. You can get it at all ticket offices for paid installations. It includes stories about the art installations, a selection of the best of the program, and, of course, a printed map. Our SIGNALISTI volunteers in distinctive yellow jackets will also be handing out copies on the streets. Don't miss it!

  • Is the festival suitable for families with children and strollers?

We ask all parents to consider visiting the Signal Festival with their children due to safety and restrictions such as:

    • The festival takes place at night and the city is full of people
    • Each location has loud music
    • Signal INSIDE locations are not suitable for visitors with strollers

  • Are the installations safe for people with epilepsy?

The rapidly flashing lights and effects of some installations may cause photosensitive epileptic seizures in sensitive individuals. It is best to consider your participation with regard to your health condition. Visitors can find information about installations that are not suitable for people with epilepsy in the installation details on our website.

  • Barrier-free access

    • In case of inclement weather, some installations will be closed for safety reasons.
    • Photography: flash and tripods are not permitted. The use of drones is prohibited. Please note that we use powerful lighting equipment at the venues, which may damage your photographic equipment. We are not liable for any damage.
    • Public space: please be considerate; do not block emergency routes and entrances to buildings.
    • Child safety: supervise and keep children with you, especially near water and in crowded areas.
    • Navigation and corridors: follow the directions and instructions of the staff; this speeds up passage and increases comfort for everyone.
    • Taxi services: We ask visitors who wish to use taxi services after the end of the festival to call them to a location further away from the main festival venues. This helps us maintain safety at the festival, thank you.
    • (Shared) bikes & scooters: We ask visitors not to ride bikes, scooters, or similar vehicles to the festival locations. There are crowds around the route and installations. Thank you.
  • Busy and crowded streets in the center of Prague

    What to expect

    • The historic center is busy with tourists; during the festival, large crowds of visitors can be expected - we kindly ask for your patience and that you follow the instructions of the staff.
    • Walk on the sidewalks, cross only at crosswalks, and pay attention to the surrounding traffic situation - watch out for trams and cars that are also moving through the streets.
    • Please do not block narrow passageways and respect one-way traffic.
    • Take care of yourself and your loved ones. Keep an eye on your valuables.
    • If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to contact our staff.
  • Signal INSIDE location

    What always applies

    • No smoking in any indoor areas.
    • No animals allowed indoors (exceptions for assistance/guide dogs).
    • Controlled entry due to capacity reasons - we admit visitors on a rolling basis as capacity allows.

  • Dvořákovo nábřeží / installation Světlo Tzolk`inu (projection on a water wall)

    What to expect

    • For safety reasons, the arrival and departure route is via the underpass at the Fairmont Hotel; movement is controlled by our staff.
    • The viewing area is located on the riverbank without railings - please exercise caution and consideration for others.
    • Please do not enter the closed sections of the paths, as these are safety zones for the laser projection. The bike path is also closed in this section during festival hours.
    • Do not climb over the railings, sit on the edges of the embankment, or lean over the water.
  • Tresor club (performance, capacity, noise)

Performances take place three times an hour, and the space has limited capacity and controlled entry. Expect to wait during peak times; we recommend visiting this location later in the evening. A “waiting room” for visitors will be set up inside the space with a bar.

  • Where can I eat?

The main food court is in front of St. Ludmila Basilica. Here you will find hot drinks and quick snacks for breaks between locations.

  • How do I pay in the food court?

We accept contactless card payments and cash as standard.

  • Where are the festival toilets?

Festival toilets are located on Dvořákovo nábřeží, near St. Ludmila's Basilica, and in Riegrovy sady (near the glo partner installation). You can see the exact locations on the festival map. You can also use public toilets, which are located throughout the city center—these services may be subject to a fee based on the operator's terms and conditions.

  • Do you sell tickets on site?

Yes, we plan to have two ticket offices. One is at St. Ludmila's Basilica, and the other is at the first location on the Center route, near the Convent of St. Agnes. We accept contactless payments and cash. However, we recommend purchasing tickets online, which will be available on our website during the festival, so you don't have to wait in line at the ticket office.

  • Where can I get information or help?

Volunteers (wearing reflective vests) will be available to assist you at public locations, and our coordinator will be available at Signal INSIDE locations.

  • Can I change the name on my ticket?

Not as a rule. The exception is if we cancel the event; in that case, we proceed according to the Terms and Conditions.

  • What if I did not receive my ticket?
